Third annual "It's Over" challenge begins!!!

Here' s how to play...

1. Fish must be shore caught striped bass.

2. Mass/RI/CT/ME/NH waters only.

3. Provide sufficient proof of your catch, photo preferred...no need to kill the fish.

4. Contest ends on Thanksgiving day.

5. Largest fish by weight will take the cake. Ties will be broken by length.

6. We'll have three divisions like last time: First entered, last entered, and largest overall.

7. I will award plugs from my stash for prizes. I promise the paint will stay on these ones...

Not to piss on your corn flakes.....but if you don't want people to kill the fish, you may want to go with length instead of weight.

Have them submit Length, Girth, and date/time caught......If length is the same use girth as tie-breaker....if girth is the same then earliest entry wins.

Just a suggestion....if you go by weight people will drag'em to a B&T to weigh in

Dont have a weight, but caught and released a 47.5" bass this morning. Girth was 25". She swam off strong. Caught on a rigged eel.

Fish buried the 30lb boga before she was even half way off the sand.

If you offer a decent prize you may find more interest.

Great catch Pat. We started things here at 6:50 am. If it was caught before this time, I can't allow it.

No chance. I already stated the paint would stay on this batch of plugs. That's a prize of epic proportions all by itself.

Great fish, regardless of what time it was caught.

Is there a minimum size? Definetly not the biggest but I'd be thrilled if this fish can be considered in the category of first. 10/13 9:08pm 32" catch and release Saco Bay, ME.

OK I'm in. "I don't need no steenking plug" if I win. Mikey, donate it to something.
I am pulling a 3 days commando raid to the Block sometime in Nov. Alone, in the surf and don't want any company. Reservations for truck on the ferry and a room on the Island all secured.

Carry on.

No boat, back in the suds.

Well it aint no 40lber like my last fish but...

I picked up a 20-lber past night while plugging. That is a Boga weight measurement.

A few fish moving thru last night. Water was wayyy colder than last week. Time to start wearing thermals

I had a 26# bass on Monday morning which I don’t think is eligible since I forgot to snap a picture before sending it back. Also had a 22.5 on Sunday morning that was weighted in for the MS tourney. I am off next week and will be out every night so hopefully I will be putting up a pic of something bigger
