The tigeress ones for sale on ebay ( TIGRESS TUNA SWIVEL ROD HOLDER ROD LEES RUPP OUTRIGGER | eBay) can still be had for $390+ shipping. That boils down to about 100 bucks each, not to bad.
That guy is giving you a choice of angle and length...I bet if you ask him he will sell you 2 of exactly what you want. Shoot him an email.
If not...get these:
There is a local shop (fishermensoutfitter) that sells these:
90 Degree Swivel Base Rod Holder there are other places too, I think CMS has them as well.
Best of luck

Thanks freak.
I was about to post the same thing as I sent him a PM looking for some pictures with no response. I hope this is not how he responds to orders.

until I figure out how to add an image to a post, e mail me at
wpupecki@comcast.net and I can send you a pic of the swing up rodholders. I havent taken pics of the swivels yet.
Because I make them, I can make them to order, like longer, larger plates, backing plates etc.

I think Carl Johnson is also making swivel rod holders. Anything he make will stand a lot of abuse.
