When I worked in Mexico a lot I would give the engineers instructions to do something then I would ask when would they do it. Of course I always got "manana" as the answer. Well after several trips like this and things not getting done, one day and told them I didn't want to hear that the work would be done tomorrow any more. And of course , from that moment on , they always promised to do the work "The day after tomorrow".
