CONRAD/SLOPEHEAD WEIGHTING ?

Spun some conrad/slpoeheads. white pine. There seems to be a mix of where & how much weight. This plug is 1.125"dia. & 7 .25 long. I have 2 weight holes at the dimentions of 3" & 4" back. Approx 1/2oz. each hole?? i archived an article from the Fisherman mag in 2008. The weight locations being 1/2 hole are 3.5 & 4". Physically thats impossible so it may be a misprint. so I assumed 3 & 4". suggestions??

Can't help you with the diameters, but on the senior slopehead I got from him, he told me he was using pine.

AYC. It is probably 7/8 long 3/8 diameter if memory serves me right. You will have to drill thru the wgt. after it is epoxied in place for thru wire.
