Tom's Market Tiverton!
Rejoice fellow Tivertonites we no longer have to battle the stupidity that is Fall River or cross the bridge to pick up a few items!
Small but very nice. Its like a downsized version of Clement's Market. They're true to their word when they say they keep it as local as possible and keeping it high quality. One thing I was very happy to see was their selection of charcoal(yes I said charcoal),they carry several brands of the all natural stuff which is key when getting the smoker going.
While Jane is away visiting her daughter I will be partaking in what looks to be a very very fine ribeye!
Geez can ya tell I'm excited?I wish Tom's a very long and prosperous life here.

we have one in warren, right near my house actually.
the prepared foods are amazing, they hire actual chefs not some kids off the street.
free coffee while you shop
friendly staff
the prices are better than whole foods and any of those places but higher than your local stop and shop, but the quality is great.
fresh breads, local produce, local seaffod, great selection of ready to eat foods, nice when i dont feel like cooking anymore after work.
Theyve done well in warrem and i hope the local tiverton people support them as well. Nice group of people that run the show.

Finally, Clements has decent beef but their produce sucks. All things considered they don't merit the price premium.
Will check out Tom's today.

Tom's is a nice little shop, but if you're in Westport I'd rather go to Lees. Bigger store with more selection. Only thing Tom's might have on them is the prepared food looked much better.
Great to have a neighborhood store again though.

Gonna check it out anyway. I will say that Lees has a few gems in the prepared food section that can't be touched. The pulled pork with homeade spicy BBQ sauce, spinach artichoke dip and the asaim sesame noodles. All a must buy when hitting Lees. Hopefully I'll find something here thats worth the ride.
