Finally reached my goal...
Down 50 lbs. since December. I would highly recommend this workout if you want quick results. No booze and a strict diet is a MUST.

Thanks. Once I moved from no dairy and pasta to just veggies and protein and fish, it came off real quick. Time to firm up! 
PS. the last time I did it I lost 70lbs, but I ended up putting it all back on because I started drinking again. That will not happen this time... |

That sounds like a healthy rate of loss at roughly two pounds a week. Congrats man good for you that is outstanding

Tha'ts awesome!! Unfortunately I don't like "absolutes" so the no booze lost me, everything in moderation right? I can handle the food diet side of things.
I'm down 20 since March. I mostly attribute it to exercise, portion control and a healthier diet (still have my drinks thought, just more conscience about it). |
