Weekend Plans?

Scouts camping, some family stuff, server install, and maybe, just maybe go fishing.

So what's up for the weekend?

My oldest daughter graduates from UVM this weekend, her boyfriend does also, so that will mow off most of it.

Leaving work early to take my kid to a birthday party this afternoon, then out to dinner and home to relax and maybe watch a movie. Lacrosse tomorrow morning, then open the pool and clean the patio furniture. Fish tomorrow afternoon into the evening, then maybe out with the guys for a few drinks. Baseball game Sunday morning, lacrosse Sunday afternoon and then maybe take the wife out for a birthday dinner.

As much as I enjoy watching and coaching my son's sports, I'm looking forward to them ending so I can have some free time to get out and fish. Right now it's 2 lacrosse practices and 2 games and 2 baseball games per week.

Hopefully the river drops a bit so I can access a few of my shore spots. The fish were super aggressive this week before the water went up. I was having a lot of luck with 15-20# fish on pencils. Took a personal day for a Cape trip next Tuesday for the breaking tides following the new moon. Hopefully the fish cooperate.

Good luck with the run. I'd go to Fenway on Sunday if I didn't have to coach my son's baseball game that morning. Call me when you get a chance about tomorrow.

There are no fish in RI......

Headed to MV Sat AM. Will fish Sat and Sun nights, home on Monday. Looking forward to it. Good moon, weird tides. We shall see.

It's always darkest just before it goes pitch black.

Groundfishing with the Freak on Sat and scouting for charlie on the SWC/PHB on Sunday. Anyone out there Sunday?
