Cooking red hake?

Any suggestions on cooking hake? I think it was a red hake im not sure what they told me. I heard mixed reviews on how good they are to eat, and most said they didn't even eat them. I posted in this forum because i got it yesterday and want to cook it today without freezing.

Everything is better on the rocks.

cook it like you cook Scrod.. LOL

If you have eaten Scrod before chances are you have eaten Hake.

Skin on cook it in the oven with tomatoes and onions

skin off lightly breaded and pan fry
