It appeared to be kind of a bust from our vantage point. They never fully raised the sails, probably not enough wind, and I don't think the old girl ever really proceeded under her own power. Still impressive to see the ship out for a second time in less than 7 weeks.

I'll add a few pictures when I get back home.

I was actually stationed with the guy who was the Captain of the Constitution last time it set sale on its own in 1997. He was the Operation Officer on my ship. That was his last duty station then he retired and became a teacher....at least thats the last I had heard.

Walked out on deer island to see the show. It was cool to see history but was a little bummed that the sails were not up

It was pre-advertized that they would deploy only 4 canvases, not full set.
