Jerry "The King" Lawler
He had a heart attack during last night's "Monday Night Raw" telecast.
At first I thought it might have been a weak publicity stunt, but it became clear that it was not.
It was reported that he will undergo heart surgery.
All I can say is that he sure was spry for a 62 year YOUNG guy!
Hope he makes a full recovery, as we has established himself as a commentative wit and pro wrestling icon.
One story about his past endeavors involved his famous bout with the late Andy Kaufman. They played us all as willing fools to their choreographed stunt that will go down as one of enteratinments better events. The story conveyed in the news confirmed that he and Andy had planned every event, and every outbreak, to draw the audience into thier stunt. (the reporter stated that after the apperances they would both be seen backstage discussing their performances and seeing what they could do to go one step further.)
