Barometric pressure and fishing

Do all fish have a barometric pressure level which affect their feeding?

IE:
Stripers feed above ____, stop feeding at ______
Fluke feed above ______, and stop feeding below _______. etc...

I've always been curious whether it's just the rain or the pressure that affects fishing. Thanks for any input.

Question

From everything that I have read, it is the barometric pressure on the drop that effects the fishing, not the rain itself.

Almost time to get our fish on!!!
