Great drill press Bill Charleston

I finally got to use the drill press Bill. It works great. Drilled out 8 pen blank halves in no time. Nice easy adjustment of table , good long throw on the spindle , dead straight holes just using the low cost self centering vise I have. I'm very happy with it. It enabled me to get the job done twice as fast at a better level of quality. No more stopping and starting and farting around with stacking blocks to get the depth I need.

Took me a while to get it down cellar and set up as its sooo heavy (as you know). I got a lot of stuff to make for Christmas presents so it will be well used for the next 6 weeks!

A great trade Bill!

Yes Mike it was a great trade. I knew the drill press would fit your needs. The Century Stealth rod you built for me is pretty damn nice as well. That's my 3rd "Custom Rod by Saltheart" and I love it.

My wife is happy as well, she got a few days on the Cape out of the deal.

Thankyou.
