i cant open the dine.restauant.com site.
Im skeptical as some of these are buy get 1 offers and not true gift certs. I dont know what the 300 is good for. anyone else having trouble opening the link?

There's about 10 participating restaurants near my zip. Every certificate amount has a varying "minimum purchase" required to use it. For example to use a $25 certificate you need to spend at least $35. Larger certificates require higher minimums. Tempers the deal somewhat, but still not bad.
