Who has the Webber E310, and is it worth it. I don't need a side burner I usually buy cheapos ($299) and get 5 years out of them. If the webber will last in this climate for 10 or more years then I would buy it.

I'm not sure where that model falls into their line, and can only speak from experience, but I have had a Weber Silver B model (no side burner) for over 10 years and it still looks great and performs perfectly. I leave it outside, covered, all season as we cook at least a few nights a week on it, year round. A huge plus for me was the all stainless components and grates. I opted for no side burner as I just didn't see myself using it enough, other than to boil some corn or occasional lobsters. They do add substantial $$ on to the cost with that option. I would highly recommend them, they are a worthy investment.

I have a weber as well, like it vrry much. My only regrrt is buying it with o ly teo burners and not three, otherwise its great.

Exact same grill here as well as conditions. Three burner, outdoors year round (covered) and going on 13 years. The only thing I have done to it was replace the ignitor and new "tents" which are the stainless drip covers over the burners. Still going strong.

can't go wrong with the weber gas grill... I have 2 two burner models and love them both.... One is going strong after 15 yrs the other after 5 yrs. I am about the replace the 15 yr old one with one that burns natural gas... plumbing a stub off my gas line to get away from refilling the tanks

Guess that settles it going with the 3 burner and no side burner. Thanks guys.

We bought a new grill (I honestly dont recall what brand now but it was around $200) down at the Cheapo when we bouaght our house 10 years ago. It lasted about 2 years until we had to replace the burner which we did twice. Grill is always kept covered and under the breezeway. We were about ready to buy a new one instead of updating burner again for another $80 when we happened upon a tag sale one day. They had a Weber...again sorry I could not tell you the model myself but it had to be about 10 years old already. Paid them $15 for it. Hubby bought new plates, grates, all 3 burners & new side burner for about $250. Its still going strong 5 years later!

Go figure!

We just bought the E-220 this past Summer.We didn't need a huge cooking area and a sideburner is something we use a lot so this is a good fit for us.Works flawlessly.And I purchased a v-shaped smoker box too.
