It gets harder as you get older.
Take my word for it.....
But I still do it. So glad I don't own a CC.

It was chilly out there....so I just stayed in the river and fished.
Actually dozed off for a little while. Caught a striper on a seaworm and a bluefish on an eel.

Yesterday and today wasn't much better. We've been fishing with knitted caps longs johns and gloves under insulated bibs and winter coats. Absolutely sucks for June 1. Then by 8:30 it's 68 degrees and we're sweating our asses off.
Fishing also sucks right now. We had decent bass for 15 minutes then the wolf pack blues moved in and we went through a dozen pogies and 10 minutes.

Also another day of 50 miles of driving on the Bay. Man, Chris and I have been hitting every spot I know and some I never tried and it is SLOOOOOOW

No boat, back in the suds.

41 degrees is better than sleet and hail

I heard it was going to snow

I just put on an extra layer, once the sun came up it wasn't long before the temps went up and the fishing was ok

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

I hear ya Mike. I was talking to another guys yesterday and he called them the "Cranston Navy". We were off the pogies and 20 miles down the Bay by 7:00 AM. The ass clowns were just starting their dance around Conimicut Light.

No boat, back in the suds.

Nope.... but on my big boy pants and toughed it out. Most week days I'm back in while you're still wearing your Jammies. Damn work! (but it does pay the bills...)

I had the same d-bags cross over my line TWICE. I was kinda hoping they snagged it and wrapped their prop shaft.

Thankfully, I was there early and just needed a few more before I was out of there

That's why no one fishes on the weekends after memorial day. Wait till you see brenton reef, after a 2 week report of blitzing schoolies in October. You've never seen so many bayliners with rod holders.
