Since I was pretty much full time fishing all last week, I get to pay for it this weekend.
On call tonight.
Maybe some strawberry picking with the tickleman tomorrow or Sunday.
Hope the cutty crew kills them!

Off the water and out of the surf. 46th anniversary with my favorite girl.
I am going to be good all weekend.
My partner Chris and I are running all day Monday.

Way to go Piemma your old school, there's alot to be said about that!
Well this is my last weekend down the Cape have to bring the camper home as for fishing....it was showing good signs in the beginning but has dramatically dropped. At least the weather will be nice and the cooler always holds keepers.
Just a shout out to Ian in CT he's tying the knot tomorrow best of luck man and welcome to the union

Does your incessant whining make you feel better? How about you just shut the hell up and suck it up? It's a fishing forum , so please just stop.

Sticking around Western MA one more weekend before my annual pilgrimage to the outer Cape. I'll hit the river a bit this weekend. I got 8 up to 17#s this morning in about an hour. (that is about 1/4 of the amount of fish I got out of there all Spring) go figure??

Yak this eve, putting in by the Navy War College.
I have a navy rental reserved tomorrow, taking a couple co-workers out near prudence fishing in the afternoon.
Sunday will likely end up with me fishing somewhere, depends on saturdays success or lack of it.

Spent the evening at the emergency vet clinic. When we were leaving the dog jumped up to see us off and stepped on a savage plug I had on the window sill in the foyer (Caught #^&#^&#^&#^& for leaving it there). Working tomorrow and Sunday I am spending time with a cousin thats in from Cali...its been 30 years. Looking forward to catching up. Fishing Sunday night.

Back home. Surprise Bday bash for a good friend today. Hanging poolside then floating around the lake all day tomorrow, trying not think about work....

Fishing tonight
I have to say the lack of fish has turned my yard into a mecca. Even the landscapers stopped to look at my wife's design work and my labor when they drive by. Started and almost finished new composting work/storage area. Garden is growing like a weed would grow, watered and unfettered. Tomatos by July 1st I'll bet.
