I was going to but the boots are not completely shot yet, was going to save them as back up and let my step son use them, he just started fishing with me at the end of the season last year.

You are right though there is plenty of life left after a few seasons they definitely out lived the boots.

That's a great reason to be looking for more! I just figured your boots were toast.

I was able to salvage most of the studs to reuse when my boots separated from the soles. Some of them were buried in the felt but managed to turn some out with vise grips, then when loose used the install drill tool to back them out.

Grip studs are probably one of the best products to be adopted by surfcasters since the use of a wetsuit in terms of safety.

Skip, just spoke to Ian, they are still available. 50 studs for $52. If you are coming to the CSA demo day, Ian will be doing a grip stud install demo, you could pay and pick them up then. Or, you can paypal me for the set I have on hand if you need them sooner, let me know.

Edited with correct price
