yes they work great and are hard to find! Yes chummer, fill it up (whole fish or chunks) and shake holding the handle vigorously

I got one two seasons ago when an employee at the transfer station (the dump) rescued it before it was thrown in the pit, and surprised me with it... I have friends in high places! |
