Conservatism is not about leaving people behind. Conservatism is about empowering people to catch up, to give them tools at their disposal that make it possible for them to access all the hope, all the promise, all the opportunity that America offers. - Marco Rubio

The new one is 3 fold. It's rare for a spot to come available in that area. We have to pay to play but it's well worth it at the end of the day. Nebe the malls suck balls. We did 2 of them at Christmas time as kiosks. We did very well at the end of the day because it was short term and we are tailored to unique gift items. Most people are shopping online or while on vacation. To have a brick and mortar in a mall year round is complete suicide, unless you are a big corp that needs a hefty write off. The malls are giving year round space away for peanuts right now with short term leases. I'm talking 1 year leases with build outs! It's crazy! They are all suffering, even the big dogs.

Does your incessant whining make you feel better? How about you just shut the hell up and suck it up? It's a fishing forum , so please just stop.
