Bringing my best man Zeke Silva's (who was my long time casting partner) ashes to Block where he'll now always keep me company in those boulder fields.

Just getting to the point where I can sit in a chair for more than 10 minutes at a time.

Could be worse, my roommate at the hospital spent two weeks there, as opposed to my two days...One night was literally like a scene from the Exorcist...his doc had him on dilaudid before the surgery (like 8 mg's a day). He just got to go home and I'm sure his recovery is going to be rough.

I'm going to start walking sometime this week, as the doc wants me to be able to walk two miles by the 31st, and need to be up to around 4 miles a day by the time I go back to work on 9/28.

Good to hear Dennis, good that Zeke will be there again.
Must have been in his will.

Going to be hard for you but it will be worth it. Please pass along our respects to him when you send him off.

Doing the block island art festival this weekend. I guess I'd call this a working vacation.

Dennis I'm sorry to hear about your longtime Buddy Zeke and what you are doing for him this weekend is quite an honorhonor,I wish him well in the next life.

Ricky I also wish you well stay tough bud,A big hug coming your way

As of yesterday the boss lady and I have zero kids till Sunday so woo hoo!
Let's get it on!
Yeah ok ..20 years into it,there won't be much of that going on.haha.
So fishing in the AMAM then visit some friends who are on the other end of the spectrum of kids.
And some yard work in the mix.

Stay classy S-B ERS!

Yeah, Bob. My papal date-line of demarcation is June 28th. After that, I stay away until September.

@Bob #5 - Enjoy your weekend. I think you've earned it.

John, I'll give you a shout next week. I'm starting to actually walk outside of my house, so I'm sure the act of walking a half-mile will be my own personal marathon at this point. Hoping there's some kind of "slow walkers high" that goes along with it. Guessing it will just be a sore back.
