Intel help Bluefish

Good Evening
Just looking for a little help or let me know if my reasoning is close.
Monday, this coming . Narr Bay upper or lower doesn't matter. looking to entertain a couple of friends with some Bluefish action. My thoughts would be find the bunker and you will find the Blues. I haven't focused to hard on the bay this year so I haven't really paid attention to where to look. But with a NW predicted on Monday what do you think would be the best play?

Usually Conimicut over to Barrington beach has held fish with choppahs. With a NW breeze predicted it may be sloppy.

Other than roaming looking for life any ideas so I don't drive around looking like a lost dog?
Thanks and I know..... striped bass forum.... I see the conflict....
sol...
