Canal Dredging
About 180,000 cubic yrds of sand being dredged from the east end. I believe they should be almost done with the project as they started it earlier than expected at around Christmas. Wonder how far west they're going? And how this is going to affect the usual haunts... Interesting to me no one here's talked about it. Did a search and all I found were April fools jokes from 2009 about it lol

Tried to get a look today, the road to town neck beach lot is closed, I believe they have finished...
Joe's fish market is gone, leveled! One of the dredge boats tied up right there

WELP, it certainly didn't help, not saying its the reason but a hell of a coincidence ................... Probably the worst year for the canal in a longgggg time, for me anyway

There are no fish in the canal.
Same strain of fish that avoids RI, they now stay in NH. ; )
