FYI, the NEFMC was debating what to do with halibut at yesterday's groundfish committee meeting. Seems that the catch is increasing, but they have no assessment to use to set ACLs or ACTs. Most of the catch is coming from state waters in ME.

I know you fish your ass off and know exactly what you are doing but is it ok if I think the fishery is coming back a little and that might have something to do with a second Hally? Please? Maybe by the time I'm 70 I'll be able to charter a boat, target halibut and actually catch one the same day. Awesome catch. Congrats!
