I would think so since he launched off the overlook, which I would guess has to be 20' high and the walkway leading up there is obviously NOT a road or driveway. Add the large deck he drove over and the railing he went through it had to be a attempted suicide. I believe he took down some of the wires while airborne and it appears he landed nose first on the grass above the rocks and flipped in. I know someone who lives there and he said the car flipped, he actually got there just after the police before the police tape went up.

Lots of jokes going around, some even funny. Unfortunately for this guy, probably not meant to be funny.

Would have been easier if he had just fished there the last two days straight...............sort of like killing yourself with barbiturates.

Was someone fishing in his spot?

I've heard some crazy stories about stuff like this......
God help him, whatever the reason.

...it finally happened, there are no more secret spots

He probably heard there was a big blitz going on at the canal. The guy ended up just scaring the heck out of some baitfish.

He heard a car backfire thought it was the starting gun at a track meet and proceeded to try and car vault over the wire with a twist . He got a 7 for the sticking the landing and the splash .

I wonder if landed on any fish ? Cause if he did the landing is a 10 .
And is that a legal way to angle ?

It's known one can not fish from a boat when traveling through the canal, he was testing the legality of fishing from a car while trying to set a new presidence.
