Bonito/Albie 2016

Is it too early or bad karma to start a Bonito/ Albie thread? Every year I get more excited for their arrival, it's like a drug!

Wicked fun but it can be so frustrating when they are everywhere and you can't catch them

When the bite would shut down for us, we threw the epoxy jigs and that seemed to do the trick when they wouldn't touch anything else

Just waiting to hear reports and calls to get down there......

I'm predicting a similar run to last year, at least in Buzzards Bay. The amount of bait so far is right up there with last season. Mostly small silversides, but I saw peanuts for the first time last Thursday. Bones first, then albies to finish the season. Any time....
