Don't know if it's too small or too light but I've been loving my shimano nasci 5000
Been fishing it lot since last Albie season, taken a bunch of solid fish on it.
Nice reel for about $100
The new daiwa bg is a solid reel for the $$ and the tsunami shield is looking like another option.

I have the Nasci in the 1000 size and it is a very impressive reel for the money.

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

Grab a low end daiwa that you can upgrade the drag washers.
Or next step up.
Easily capable of greasing a 60# yellowfin.
