Crafty's Drunken Blackfish Stew
Thought some of you guy might like this. Just this morning, my 7 year-old asked me "dad, it's November, when will you get some blackfish so we can have blackfish stew"?
Every year, I try to get out once or twice for tog, and most/all of my keepers are used to make a recipe I got here, called Drunken Blackfish Stew. The author is a guy we lost not that long ago, was it Crafty Angler?
My kids love this recipe (I leave out the vermouth), and look forward to it every year. They love helping me make it, and boy do they like eating it. It will be a fall tradition for many years in my house, and I owe it to you guys.

Lucky & honored enough to have some of his Crafty-ness hanging in my home.
I'm sure God didn't practice C&R with good old Chuck, he's a keeper for sure!
