the Lanesville blue fish tournnment got under way at 6:00am
There were plenty of fish caught but no giants. This years 1st place winner won with a 12 lb. 6oz fish and took home $1675.00
2nd place $950.00
3rd place $650.00
that,s a pretty good days pay for having fun fishing.
This tournament started 13 years ago when 2 brothers & a friend made a $5.00 bet with each other and has grown into 374 people participating.
I'm looking forward to next years tournament.
