M&D's is my all time favorite place to go. Mike is great and has everything you would need.
If I'm fishing the Race I go to Nelson's (convenient location and they're the first to get bait from the sand-eel guy, so they are the most fresh usually)
Gone Fishin in Welfleet is a good small shop. Right on 6 next to cumby's and Jack's boat rentals. Bob and John are really cool and leave stuff for me after hours sometimes.

Blackbeards in Eastham, ask for Paul he can point ya in the right direction Eastham to Truro.
The Bait Shack in Orleans, ask for Ed, and yes Ledgerunners, and Bassmaster Danny's are in stock.
Nauset Angler in East Orleans, ask for Harry.
Nelsons in P-town, if ya drop yer wallet, kick it to Wellfleet afor ya bendover to pick it up
