WAIT....
so if I get upset over something Gina says or does and decide to drive to Providence with some friends to protest the government at 1am and we park our cars sideways in the lanes on I95 ("to protect the protesters") and a car comes around the corner, swerves to avoid the vehicles that should't be parked sideways on the highway and hits a couple of people that shouldn't be in the highway...it's the drivers fault?
this is becoming difficult to keep up with.....

The police had the interstate shut down, he drove up a ramp wrong way and it’s looking like he was on drugs. So yes it is his fault.
