Cutty killed my Korkers!

Insert on my Korker boot "delaminated"!!!!

Went to rinse them off this morning and only the orange plastic remained on the one boot. All the studs and rubber were gone.

Anybody seen this before?

I will likely see what Korkers has to say or do bout dis. Not expecting anything, but seems like I should give them a shot at making me feel good about their products and service.

Definitely contact them as they have always been great to me, but by the looks of those boots they're several generations old. How old are they? I have had occasional issues with the soles but the current ones have been excellent.

Bob, I would definitely reach out to Korkers. I only lost a couple spikes in my boots over 4 nights of fishing all over the island and I put in a lot of miles.

I am planning on touching base with Korkers. If they send me a new replacement sole I will be fine with that.

We did catch fish, but nothing bigger than a slot fish and mostly around 28-30 inch.

Nobody jumped off the cliff or saw the ghost of FDR as well.

Sounds like another bachelorette party at Churches for Mr. Huddy.....

I always miss these happenings, even when I am on island and out fishing that night......

funny, my most recent reading is "Soul Keeping"

last of the "mermaids" were on the 9AM Sunday taxi with us. Got our gear to the dock and there was some pink luggage waiting to be loaded.

No love from Korkers. Best they could do was to refer me to ebay to search for a replacement. New soles do not fit my shoes it appears. Time to get "handy" me thinks.
