I cut down a black walnut and a cherry and am going to use a friend’s portable saw mill to mill it out into lumber. Very excited for this….

wall to wall volleyball, club tryouts for my club kiddos in the mornings, New England Championships for my HS team afternoons...hoping to swing some flies under this nice big moon if the wind will lay down and bend a rod a little before it's all over...

Had the covid booster and flu shot on Friday evening. Have been out of it all day, achy and tired. Feeling better now, just about 24 hours later.
Now ready for the Bruins game tonight.
Hope to hear how Piema made out fishing...

WAS going fishing
Friday two of us took a friend out that has the beginning of dementia .. his wife said it was the 1st time anyone has done that ......... we took alot longer than planned .... out to eat & B/S ...... bothered me alot more than I thought .
So Friday night I had a couple of hits and floated thru a fishing Mag.
Was going digging yesterday , but Gail really wanted to see her grands kids before they left for thankgiving, so I drove her there . decided to eat on the way home .been trying to get ANYBODY to go to Hooters with no luck .... si we went in ...nice and clean .good menu some descent eye candy ...... me fries & wings which were really good , Gail Scallops [which wouldn,t be my choice] at Hooters she said there were tasty ......... noticed quite a few families so thats a sign that it wasn,t just our food .
was going fishing today .but just puuled the holding cars & traps .
couldn,t believe how nice yesterday & today were for November . meeting with someone I havn,r see in around 55 / 60 years , see how that goes .
the boat says in until Joe Fig . can get his winter stash of shellfish , then its out ><>

Well done Clammer. My wife (Nurse) takes care of a LTC unit with residents that have minor to severe dementia. Patience is pretty important.
Are there any fish around anywhere?

Doing Nothing! just got back from Ojai California after moving my son down from Davis Ca .. Saw 1st hand how bad their drought is . Visited a lake where the the distance from the boat ramp to the new water level is 5 tenths of a mile away and a 1000 feet down in elevation over who knows how many acres it’s happen in over 20 years

Strangley enough, best tasting citrus EVER in that area.
(probably where most of the water went, too)
