As most of you know I was in hilton head for a bit . Seems My father let loose some God awful Cold / upper respiratory thing on the whole Family he claims he got it on the flight which we know isn't the case he had it prior but it hadn't kicked in ...

I was fine till I got home on the 4th My wife was sick the whole ride home .. we both got tested for covid when we got back it was negative. now my Mom and Sister are getting it

Here is a FYI in starts as a slight sniffle then full on sinus pressure, than to body aches and the totally wipes you out (was in bed for 2 days ) then it just sits in your chest with a hacking cough bringing up chunks of stuff.

everything My wife had I got 3 days later ..

Started on the 5th ride home 7th 8th and 9th wiped me out (bailed on a Trip with Ray never happens ) today's the 12th and not even close to feeling 100% ..

Also we are Both Vaccinated and if this happens to be one of those break tru cases . (mom getting tested also) How worst could it have been because it's still sucks

Its been going around. I had the same thing the last week of June/first week of July. Pretty much ruined my vacation. Two covid tests came back negative. Last week my head felt like it was going to explode. Tested again. Negative PCR test.

I think a lot of people have been getting spring fever or whatever you want to call it. Hope you feel better

I started with the same thing last Saturday night. Fever, aches, diarrhea, after a day or so it started to get worse. After being tested I am positive for the second time. This is the worse thing I have ever gone through.Severe joint pain, I almost couldn't stand on my own in the shower. Now I can't keep food down either. Lost 11 pounds since Sunday morning. The only thing I've eaten has been freeze pops. This sucks!

I wish I had tested whatever I had last January (2020) because it was the worst I ever had.

Thanks guys. this morning is the first time I feel like a human again. This has be excruciating to say the least. I'm now down 18 pounds since last Sunday.For two days I couldn't walk, the pain in my joints had me in tears. Ive only eaten 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and 2 scrambled eggs in the past 4 days. I dont wish this on anyone. I am no vaccinated yet. I tried but had to deal with another medical issue before I can get it. As soon as all the anti bodies are gone now I can get the vaccine. My med director at the fire dept. is telling us there is another strain out there that is a lot more contagious, this is going to get interesting.

Hey guys, just an up date. I was recently hospitalized with this nasty virus.Things got much worse and I became severely dehydrated. Developed a bad cough that would't quit. Turns out I have double lung pneumonia.This has drained the life from my body. We now have 11 from the fire Dept out with Covid and its not slowing down. I am working every minute to build my strength but its not easy. Don't take it lightly gentlemen.

I was hospitalized with pneumonia a long time back, struggling to breath isn’t fun, stay strong. Hard to believe we still are so far away from getting this virus under control. Remember folks vaccines helped our founding father beat the British and its keep our kids save from measles and more, it’s going to get approval soon do your part.
