Fishing related….. ;-)
Pulled the last two pots in yesterday and fished up one keeper then got the snot kicked out of me getting back in….
Made lobster newburg sauce today, placed in casserole, placed tog on top of it,, finished off with my famous seafood cracker combo…
Life is good… ;-)

That’s a nice treat and great looking meals.
Toggin has been red hot the last few weeks. Such a good fighting and tasty fish, last week I made a knockoff of the old Noname restaurants fish chowder, Sunday I fried it, tonight will be in a red sauce over rice.

Side note
Couple weeks ago had venison chili from last year’s harvest at my son house,,, grandkids luv it also… catch it shoot it eat it… LOL
fresh meat soon…

"Catch it...shoot it...eat it" I was just having this conversation at work the other day. I was explaining to a co worker that hunting and fishing is the most expensive way to get free meat. LOL |
