Working Friday and Saturday, hoping to brake in my new waders on Sunday and Monday. Yard work and enjoy some evening fires in the yard.

Fishing Sat and Sun mornings... at least until it gets crazy out there.

Try to figure out when and if I choose some days to target albies and where in the coming weeks. (Hi guys... I have fuel money.)

Might have to pull the plug on going over for the Derby as the fuel tank replacement costs/estimates are coming in.

Rest and relax. Practice. Fish the beach a couple mornings. Take my wife out for lunch. Summer went by fast. September already, can you believe it!?

Shark from the beach video ....we had a lot of breakoffs the previous nights. My buddy had some steel leaders made up and that solved it.

Had my rod in a sand spike and was standing a little too far away.....resulting in me having to sprint towards the water and dive in head first to save it...two guys that were with me are still laughing im sure ..shark was still on while i tried standing upright again.... knee deep in the water....only to break off several minutes later
Yes....my shoulder was aching bad after battling a few of them.
We were targeting striped bass up until the sharks started showing up.
