Heading down cape to play golf tomorrow, got in a round Wednesday which was a beautiful day and surprised to break 80 after a long layoff. Sunday probably organizing after a contractor finishes up the kitchen renovation today.

John...
My dream is to one week check in here, and see that you have have some wild
plans that are so exciting it makes all of us question what the hell we are doing with our time...
Unfortunately, I realize that reality is that weekends end up getting clogged with mundane stuff we have to catch up on... but I will keep my eye open on this post week after week for when you REALLY kick this thread off with a bang!
(for what its worth, I got nothing exciting going on this weekend! hahah)

Since retiring I attempt do get what i need to get done M-F.
And stay put on the weekends. I have no tolerance for the weekend madness. at restaurants or the big box stores or in general.
it's nobody's fault people need to enjoy the time off they have.. its just weekends are not for me

To the dump and beyond…
Put enough wood in the shop yesterday to keep building till things dry out, the roads are probably getting posted shortly.
Probably 6 weeks to golf here

Frasier: Niles, I’ve just had the most marvelous idea for a website! People will post their opinions, cheeky bon mots, and insights, and others will reply in kind!
Niles: You have met “people”, haven’t you?
