I have Abu 7000 and 6500 reels... I'm interested. Also plugs. I also Hav an Avet SX 5.0:1... maybe others... gotta look.
Is it a full 9' or 8'10"?

I thimk all the SUR 1 piece blanks are 8'10. Are you sure of the letters/numbers? I have an SW1088 (full 9') wrapped at CMS conventional, but even that model became 8'10" toward the end because of shipping cost The SUR replaced the SW/SU line of one piece I think. Anyway, let me know what conventionals or... you are looking for and maybe we can make this happen. |

Look up!!! I just posted photos of the Avet above.. It wasn't used much. Very clean. Drilled and tapped with mechanism for "knobby mag" installed. I have two of them set up this way. Just don't need both. Don't need another rod either, but I think I have that same blank wrapped conventional and it's nice to have a set. Anyway... if you want to proceed lets pm phone numbers and figure it out. I live in the west bay and can drive to Newport. Maybe meet at the diner at the rotary by the Navy Base.
FYI, I also have a NIB, never spooled Penn Battle 6000... ? |
