Adding a Custom Avatar

A few users have asked me how to upload a custom avatar for their user name. I have written a few simple steps that should help you in the process.
Any questions just ask and if you need a picture resized just post it or send it to me in an email.

1. On the main page click on user CP in the upper left corner.

2. In the left hand column under Settings & options click on Edit Avatar.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to where it says custom avatar. There is a {browse} rectangle on the bottom right side. Double click this.

4. After clicking on the browse symbol it should bring up your pictures that are saved under "My Pictures" on your desktop. Select which-ever picture you would like to use as your avatar.

4a. Make sure the pictures dimensions are no greater than 121x121 pixels wide. If you need them sized I can do this for you. Send them to me at kcgauge@verizon.net.

5. After you double click on the picture you want, the picture file name should be in the open space next to the {browse} button.

6. Final step click on the small circle right above the 2 white lines that says use custom avatar.
Then just hit save changes at the bottom of the screen.

Any problems just ask.

Mike I don't really have the experience with movies. I am sure if you post this topic alone someone will be able to help. I know FishEye can but I have not seen him around in a while. Maybe John can help you.
