oh, you mean the added ballast?  Boy she is a stable boat 
yes there is a bit of water in the foam and there is more water on the starboard side, which means she leans about 2 or 5 degree's to starboard.   the transom drains are still above water when the boat is empty, but when i get in it, i have to stick plugs in the drains, otherwise water comes in. This winter i plan on tearing out the decks and cutting open the  sides to remove the foam from the consol back to the transom. From the console forward is nice and dry. 
i will say that she is one of the nicest '71 hulls i have seen in a while. Nice and clean.
