The writing has been on the wall for years

If you think the scientific community hasn’t been warning EVERY administration that this was coming your kidding yourself. Preparation is key and if you think this all falls on local governments when it’s a national pandemic, yes you are kidding yourself. The reactive response has been slow and if you think life goes back to normal in a month, your kidding yourself.

I looked this one up a few weeks ago and it is totally accurate. Combine that with the countless important positions unfilled all throughout the government right now and it’s no wonder the response is so bad.

Life won’t be going back to normal in a month. At least that part is right. But I feel fortunate to live in the greatest country in the world where leadership has banded us together with a common goal. The results have truly been impressive given the early modeling. Let’s get the economy rolling again and get fishing!

Trump yesterday really showed what he thinks, or what he wishes were true, that he has control over all the states and only his word has meaning. Goose stepping boot licking followers don’t worry about those comments, but it’s one of the reasons he so admires the dictators of the world, they have the ultimate control he so much desires.

Our leadership in DC never superseded the states. He didn’t close down the country. He allowed the governors to regulate activity in their states.
Of course people complained about this as a lack of leadership.
When he reminds us of how far reaching his power is,the left peddles fear.
No rhyme or reason
Just scared little bunnies.

His haters go out of their way to look for reasons to get offended, no question. But he shouldn't be saying he has total control. But he's not routinely acting as if he truly believes that. I have a hard time watching the guy speak, too wandering and narcissistic.

I love how they went berserk of an over reach his China restrictions were, now the same exact people are saying he didn't do enough. Hard to take them seriously. The same people who denied Kavanaugh his presumption of innocence, are shielding Biden with the presumption of innocence.

Politics is all that matters. They are, quite literally, slaves to their liberalism. How else would the entire left be willing to destroy Kavanaugh, but not at all inclined to declare Biden guilty? Common sense, facts, empirical results do not matter at all. Preserving the ideology is all that matters.

So you wouldn't have started a thread if Obama said the same thing?

Wow you have this down to a science.

A little sprinkling of see I spoke poorly of my dear leader

Then the but he didn't mean it defense

Then finish it of with it's all a liberal thing touching on your usual Kavanaugh china
restrictions ..

Hell you still use Obama said you could keep your doctor outrage but Trump lies don't seem to matter their just part of TDS

But When Trump wouldn't touch a Nationwide lockdown he punted to the Governor's.. why because he didn't want to offend his base

But now .. Trump claims 'total' authority to lift lockdown

Why because its popular in his base ..

His little tax payer funded propaganda and rewrite of history video , had nothing from February???

It's funny you used these terms. Common sense, facts, empirical results

When in another thread you dismissed those things for a few doctors and their Anecdotal evidence

"A little sprinkling of see I spoke poorly of my dear leader'

I speak poorly of his behavior all the time. Unlike you, I do it truthfully.

"but he didn't mean it defense"

Fine. Show us some evidence, any evidence, that he genuinely believes he has total control over the states? For Gods sake, if he had total control like a dictator, why would he allow CNN and MSNBC to say the things they say? You can cry "hes a dictator" all you want. Show me some actual proof.

As to Kavanaugh, do you deny that liberals are glaring hypocrites on the issue of believing women, comparing Kavanaugh to Biden?

Let's start with this comment right here.

Did Trump fabricate or doctor those videos? Were they staged or fake?

No. They were real, true. But it made your side look bad. So once again, you cannot accept any truth which goes against your liberalism. Because you are a slave to it. Literally, you cannot accept any truth which makes liberals look wrong. It's not possible for you to admit the truth, that most liberals also downplayed the virus until late February.

It’s worse that just that, it’s the intense focus on himself above all others, Trump is like the anti-leader.

Yesterday’s press conference wasn’t just cringeworthy, it was profoundly disturbing.

His willingness to make everything about himself is something.

I loved the video he showed of everyone in the media saying the virus was no big deal. They didn't like it. Because to these people, truth always takes aback seat to ideology. ALWAYS.

Now that is so ironic coming from the guy who constantly exhibits a complete lack of both in almost every thread he jumps in on.

Here's your hero

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump
Tell the Democrat Governors that “Mutiny On The Bounty” was one of my all time favorite movies. A good old fashioned mutiny every now and then is an exciting and invigorating thing to watch, especially when the mutineers need so much from the Captain. Too easy!
10:57 AM · Apr 14, 2020·Twitter for iPhone

Mutiny on the Bounty was about the ruthless, unjust, tyrannical Captain Bligh of the HMS Bounty who shackled his own crew and tortured so many of his own men that they mutinied against him. It’s fascinating that Trump* sees himself as Captain Bligh. It’s quite terrifying as well.

And by the way, since Trump* became the 1st Republican presidential candidate to win Wisconsin in 32 years, conservatives/GOP have lost 7 of 8 statewide races here. SC, US Senate, Governor, Treasurer, AG & Secretary of State in 2018, Supreme Court 2020. Only won 2019 Supreme Court race by 6k votes.

Frasier: Niles, I’ve just had the most marvelous idea for a website! People will post their opinions, cheeky bon mots, and insights, and others will reply in kind!

Niles: You have met “people”, haven’t you?

Lets Go Darwin
