Obviously you got the Rocky's. But how about those more obscure ones. I just watched the end of Streets of Fire. I know, super corny movie, but the sledge hammer scene w/ William Dafoe. The whole jiggly lip thing. Is awesome!
There is a movie I don't remember the name where a guy gets chased thru a hotel, down and elevator or laundry chute , ends up in some yoga classroom or something and wipes all of the bad guys out single handed. I think it was in europe someplace
Dumb and dumber the fantasy restaurant scene when Lloyd rips the Asian chefs heart out and takes a bite.
But really just because they are partially based in truth. Some of the scenes in the Bourne movies are pretty awesome. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device

The best thing about it is it's like a rumble with all of the "YMCA" Villiage People minus the electrician. The reason why I like the Lone Wolf Mcquade ending is the Cardigan sweater and Eric Estrada look a like guy. Priceless.
Conservatism is not about leaving people behind. Conservatism is about empowering people to catch up, to give them tools at their disposal that make it possible for them to access all the hope, all the promise, all the opportunity that America offers. - Marco Rubio
There are a couple of good fight scenes in Roadhouse.

Agree with Fishbones about Roadhouse, that movie kills me. The line the henchman delivers before Dalton rips his throat out makes me laugh every time. "I used to eff guys like you in prison" hahaha WTF is that?!?! I miss the 80's.
The Warriors has a bunch of good ones. I think I dressed up as the baseball furies from age 11-15.
