Hydra sports is the only small production boat that I know of made with Kelvar. Why are you so interested in Kelvar? Weight?

i'll be straight forward and say NO, not to the degree that all the advertising makes it out to be.
stiffness can be acheived far cheaper than laying it up with kevlar in the hull

why? you're not putting the boat under tremendous stress
you certainly aren't going to save THAT much weight (and weight DOES help in a sea... helps to slow down the motion of the boat in the water)

what do you end up getting out of it?
