Anybody Catchin' Fish????? - Striper Talk Striped Bass Fishing, Surfcasting, Boating

Some of you have indicated here in many threads that the fishing season has not ended yet......????? Well....are any of you catching anything? You Rhody guys seem to have a month of fishing ahead of you from what I have read, I do not know much about the season in RI. Give us up here in Mass. an idea of how you are doing! I know BasicPatrick was in Rhode Island this weekend with Bobbike...hopefully one of them will let us know how the fishing was for them!

Lets hear from some of you diehards!!!

fished sat from daybreak until 2:00 pm got one bass around 30 inches saw one other and one blue .has been real slow for the first week of nov i chunked from 9 am until noon with out a hit this time of year you can always chunk up a blue fish.didnt see any bait considering the week before there was a ton of bait.east beach was the same report from qounnie wasnt real encouraging either

No fishing this weekend but 6 fish 15-20 lbs since last tuesday.

Looking forward to the warmup. NOW is the time to fish with patience.

Caught some tog. Caught some views. Caught some sun.

Caught a very grumpy Clamma wistfully looking for some holdover bloofish.

Bigfish, Tog is awesome eating!! Got a freezer full. Fun to catch too. Gets frustrating loosing gear in the rocks though. I usually go thru about a dozen hooks and sinkers per trip. Froze my arse off this morn. catchin' those suckers.

shorts and a keeper for the fryin pan thursday nite. waitin till it warms up a bit to head back out. Thanksgiving weekend

I be doin all right... It is a lot harder to find fish no as opposed to last month, but If you think about what bass are doing now, you can find some. Its getting a little too cold for me though... Up until now I was going almost every day before work, but I gotta slow down. I dont want frostbite.
