Ok,

I am preparing for a tour of the LIS coast starting late next week. I have some business (I sell wood and the associated services) in Pennsylvania next week and will be on the road for 4-6 days.

Can anyone help me with some information on fishing Long Island ? I will be coming across on the Orient Pt. ferry sometime around 11/22 and was hoping to fish the NY/NJ shore for a day or so and then head through to PA and return via the North shore of CT/RI and eventually back to the Cape.

Any tips on a local spot is appreciated. I know the Milford - Green wich area fairly well but have never fished LI.

PM, post, emai, I don't care. I have 4wd and love to fish hard.

Come out to Nantucket next year and I promise I will return the favor.

I would definetly be into stopping in Rhody for a few casts. I am not definte about dates yet but we'll know more when the time approaches.
I have a bunch of things that have to happen before I roll and when you live on one of these islands the weather plays a HUGE factor in determining when you leave and return.
