swim plate question

does a swimming plug with the swim plate installed above center run deeper or shallower than a plug with the plate intalled on center?

Is it good, or is it Sofa King good?

they are probably all afraid of your AUTHORITIIIIIIIII !!!

I would say slightly deeper, BUT the lip slot should almost always be cut dead center in the plug, & cutting it slightly above or below center will not affect the action that much. What DOES affect the action or "dig" damatically is the placement of the hole &wire eyeloop in relation to center, because this is where you are pulling from ,higher(towards center) will cause the plug to dig/dive more, lower(towards bottom) and the plug tend to stay on the surface and wiggle. This is why the eye should always be horizontal so you can bend it up or down to get the desired dive depth, plus it allows the sideways wobble.
I really am not an expert on FINISHED plugs, im more of a components person so im sure someone else can chime in with more specifics.
