I caught bass on a boat, on a beach, and on a dock.....also on ice!
This is starting to sound like a Dr. Suess book!
Pencil popper, needlefish, polaris, darter, danny, kastmaster, crippled herring, crocodile, cocoho minnow, rubber shad, storm shad, swedish pimple, roberts ranger (whoops), sluggo, chunk mack, chunk herring, sand eels, live slimeys , mambo minnows, bombers, droppers, bucktails.......I must be forgetting a few dozen others, I wish all my stuff was not packed away!

In all my years of fishing for the many types of fish we are blessed with in this area, I have found the most effective thing to catch a fish with is a HOOK!.

I'll tell you in person where it is, but in public I'll say that the resteraunt is on a dock somehwere and we throw scraps out the window to a pod of hungry cow bass.. my friend caught one that was 32 lbs last fall. the fish stay there from spring to fall just eating the fish frames that get thrown out the window.... Its the coolest thing to watch
When ever we get the skunk, we'll catch one of the "pet bass" and cook up striper fish and chips for the restraunt staff.... striper fish and chips are the yumiest thing on the planet
