Mako, maybe I'm not understanding this right but you're asking for people from S-B to provide reports to Noreast when they won't allow sharing links and pics back to S-B in the first place? Mike, we've talked before and I think you're a good egg, and I know you'r big into Noreast, but when I previously asked for an OK for sharing stuff back and forth between the sites, management really frowned on that. I think most will agree that I'm pretty easy going about inter site stuff and that S-B, as a site, ENCOURAGES sharing across sites. But when another site does not want to allow sharing between sites, I prefer that we don't share back.
What I mean by that is that if "Site 1" won't allow content or links from other sites, why should we at S-B actively provide content for "Site 1" when they don't want to share in the first place?
You guys know that I don't burn or censor links to other sites, even when those other sites (like one in NJ for example
) PROHIBITS even the mention of here. I think that's chickensheive on their part, but it's their decision, then taht's their decision. So while I think we are pretty free and open here and allow that sort of stuff, I don't think we should actively provide info for another site that wouldn't share with us to begin with... Sorry Mike - that thought kinda irks me (not you, don't get me wrong). I hope I'm reading this wrong. I don't think I am, but I hope I am....
