Wader socks

Anyone got some advice on what kind of socks work well in waders? Usually just wear regular socks, but with all the walking I do, by the time I get back to the truck, my socks are usually pretty wet with sweat.

Hodgeman makes a decent Neoprene and felt lined sock that I like. They run about $20.

Smart Wool makes a great assortment of wool socks. The wool doesn't retain water, or odors and it keeps your feet warm when it cold and when its hot it wicks away the water.

REI & EMS carry them as well as better shoe stores.

I wear wool socks almost all year around.

If the wool bothers your skin (rag wool socks can) put on a pair of thin silk, or polypro liners.
