Official times for weekend leg?

Not the BBQ start the leg starts on friday night at ?? time and ends on Sunday at ??

Let's kick off at Don's at 3pm Saturday. Fish need to be measured & witnessed by another board member and all shore fishing that counts ends at 10 am Sunday morning. Boundaries are the east side of the CT river mouth into RI and up to Little Compton at the SE Mass border. No going inland for stripers - this is a salt tourney

Fishing starts tomorrow at 8pm (Friday nights before a leg are scout nights and count for the leg provided the fish is 36", you note that you ans so & so member are fishing Fri night on one of these threads, fish is measured and witnessed by another member in good standing, and all the other tourney rules apply )

so thats a mark that i have to be eligible to be part of the legs' bass size award listing? so if i catch a 28 inches, and it doesnt count, right?
