Bill n Jules Guide Service
To anyone considering a charter, or if you'd like to improve on your technique, whether you are a beginner or expert - these guys ROCK!
I've fished with Bill and Jules twice now, and have NOT been disappointed! On our last trip, both my friend and I landed good size keepers, and ended up throwing back a few fish!
They are by FAR the best guides I've ever had the privlidge of working with!!!

I'll vouch for 'em too. Lots to learn from them and no BS... two of the nicest people to spend a day with on the water.
Teaching and fun are the key words there too. Some days on the water, its just not going to happen. To be able to take something from that trip even when the fishing is slow, that's pretty important.

you can find out more here http://www.striped-bass.com/guides/billnjuls.shtml
I have had a shore and boat trip with them. Best instructional guides ever. If the fish are around, they will put you on them.
They are two outsanding people. Great company while you are fishing as well.

And they will show you that surfcasting and fishing isnt a rocket science. I plan to go out with them again on a charter trip for myself. I need a little more review.
